From 2000 to 2002 Werner Aeschbach was senior scientist at Environmental Physics and the Department of Water Resources and Drinking Water at EAWAG in Dübendorf. Since 2003 he is professor at the Institut of Environmental Physics of the University of Heidelberg (Germany) and leading the research group Aquatic Systems.
